PDH - Physics Dynamic Wigs
A group of Physics enabled wig hairstyles get chosen of the same length/type, unique hand chosen combinations for each NPC. Using SPID's dynamic changing feature, the NPC has a chance to load the game with one of the different hairstyles assigned. This gives the impression the NPC is after changing their hairstyle from the last time you met them
