Created Physics Dynamic Hairs, Following SPID 7.3.0's New Rule regarding fixed distributions from groups. All Forsworn Females will now receive a random hair from 107 hairs, and keep that hair for the rest of the game.
Set Determenistic Chance on all Distributions for Forsworn, so whatever outfit/accessory/hair they receive, they will keep for the rest of the game, rather than changing every game reload.
Switched Adept/Master levelled Factions from Level 25 Turnover to Level 30 Turnover
Reduced chance for males to receive custom outfit to 50%
Created TATT Mod giving 134 Cuts/Scars in 15 Groups.
