Distributes a cycle of 20 Outfits from 3 Armor Mods to Male and Female BlackSmiths throughout Skyrim. Tacitus Sallustius in Markarth has his own individual 4 Winter outfits he cycles with (Skyrim does not label him an official BlackSmith)
